Orient Star created the Modern Skeleton to express more with less — selectively exposing parts of the dial to hint at the Caliber F6F44 movement developed specially for the Orient Star series below. The edges of the lugs, outer ring, bracelet links, and applied indexes on the dial are selectively given hairline and mirror finishes by hand with a specialized Sallaz machine, creating interplay with light as it reflects off the Modern Skeleton's many surfaces.
